In addition to cold wire coil drawing, straightening and cutting lines in various sizes are also available in facilities of GUNES WIRE (40 units of cut-to-length wire machine) (for lengths from 40 mm to 4000 mm).

    Low carbon and high carbon steel wires, annealed steel wires, galvanized steel wires, bright steel wires, hot dip galvanized wires

  2. PRODUCT STANDARDS:

    TS 5287-2 EN10263-2

  3. RAW MATERIAL STANDARDS:

    TS 2348 EN 10016 (SAE 1006, SAE 1008, SAE 1010, SAE 1018)

  4. QUALITY:

    Annealed, phosphated, galvanized, stainless, black according to DIN EN 10016, 10216, 10217

  5. CUTTING PROCESS :

    Cold drawn wire straightened and cut to desired lenghts

  6. WIRE DIAMETER Ø:

    30 mm to 4500 mm (For 6000 mm please ask)

  7. LENGHT :

    30 mm to 4500 mm

  8. TENSILE STRENGTH N/mm2 :

    Min. 500

  9. PACKING WEIGHT:

    20 kg to 1000 kg

    In bundles by count or by weight/ bunches
