In facilities of Güneş Tel known as having various production lines, lots of cold formed and flatted steel wires like square flat wire, flat wire, half round wire (D profile), diagonal flat wire, triangular profile, hexagonal allen wrench, pentagonal profile, knurled flat wire, etc. can also be produced.
These products can be cut to various lengths ranging from 50 mm to 4000 mm depending on request. These types of products are used in manufacturing of furniture and decoration items, stands, various metal accessories, ironing boards, automobile keys and allen wrenches.

Packaging and Presentation For All Flat Wires

We can satisfy all your requirements concerning the presentation and packaging of your wire for supply to you, ensuring it is fully protected in transit and perfectly suited to your handling and processing needs. We supply wire in coils or cut lengths.

Coils can be packaged as required:

Wrapped in hessian, polypropylene or shrink wrapped. Palletised - for handling purposes the maximum weight per pallet would usually be 1000kgs. In stillages or in wooden or cardboard boxes. For volume production we are always happy to discuss returnable packaging.Cut Lengths Wire can be supplied in straight, cut lengths from 200mm up to 4000mm.

Cut lengths can be packaged as required:
